Organisation

When it concerns safety, you should be able to trust knowledge and experience. DNM International has the unique expertise in the field of petrochemical fire fighting at their disposal. With over 15 years of experience in tank fire fighting we are an authority in the Benelux.

Since the founding in 2001 DNM has swiftly grown into an internationally operating company with a professional team. We have important clientele in the industry, fire brigade and authorities. Next to that, DNM has an international network of first-rate producers and training centres. Our focus has always been on petrochemical fire fighting, but over the years our programme has extended towards the civil fire brigade, authorities and ambulance services. Up till today DNM have been extending their range of products and services.

Client friendliness is something DNM feels strongly about. That is why we spend much time on getting to know our clients and their specific needs. In this way we can counsel them better and we are able to supply products and services made to measure. Even when a situation is not standard, we can find a fitting solution. It is rightly so that DNM is held to be client friendly and helpful.

How do we operate?

DNM is an ISO-certified company. Clarity is of essential importance in this, both in the organisation’s structure and in the communication with our clients. This starts with the quotation phase, with the client receiving a well-ordered offer, accompanied by prices and terms of delivery. Next to that, the client receives extensive technical information on the products on offer.

Our handling department keeps in touch with our manufacturers in order to closely monitor the status of deliveries. In that way we can react immediately to possible changes and we can inform the client straightaway, so that they can adjust their planning.

Client’s questions or problems are dealt with as soon as possible. A problem is registered and handled immediately. Subsequently, the client is kept up to date, so that they know the state of affairs and who is responsible for handling the problem within DNM. By having short communication lines both internally and with the manufacturers, we can soon approach the right people, in order to arrive at a solution quickly.
